9. Fatigue 

If a hectic week awaits you and you just have finished another one that was even worse, it is completely normal to find yourself exhausted. But when you are dealing with extreme fatigue for literally no reason, you should call your doctor—because it might be something far more concerning than tiredness.

“Atypical fatigue that you can’t explain through depression, diet, exercise, whatever, especially if it persists for several weeks” could be a symptom of a variety of cancers, says Jack Jacoub, MD, medical director of MemorialCare Cancer Institute.
