7. You can’t focus
It seems impossible to focus on a big project and the deadline is tomorrow? Well…stand up and start exercising, because losing your focus on daily activities is very common if you’re not engaging in a solid daily exercise routine.
Dr. John J. Ratey from Harvard Medical School extensively studied how exercise can actually enhance learning and focus. He concluded that, “Aerobic exercise physically remodels the brain for peak performance on all fronts.”
In other words, it improves alertness and attention while making it a lot easier for you to log new information. So, next time you feel like your eyes are glazing over while staring at a PowerPoint presentation, consider doing some exercises.
