Tonic Water
Mixing up homemade G-and-T’s will save you money on drinks at the bar. But pouring tonic over your alcohol isn’t doing your body any favors. Neither is drinking it in place of tap water. “Tonic is generally sweetened with high-fructose corn syrup, the same sweetener as soda, and contains more than five teaspoons’ worth of sugar per cup,” says Sass.
Other Options: Seltzer

Super advice. Thanks so much.
So much junk food out there in the marketpkace. It can be difficult to stay away from comfort foods. The upside: staying healthy longer…
I hate mustard but need ‘moisture’ in my lettuce rolls== I have olive oil mayo.
How about make your own mayo? Fresh and requires a lot of activity. Work out more and less consumption.
Only had 2 of these items in my fridge and am going to throw them away now!
Thanks a bunch very good information.
Its ironic that in the entry for tonic water, you show a bottle of Fever Tree tonic water. It is the only tonic water that does NOT use high fructose corn syrup. It uses natural cane sugar syrup.
