Cranberry
Whether it’s extracts, pills or straight up juice, there’s been a long history of women turning to cranberry for relief from annoying urinary tract infections. Sadly, a recent study published in JAMA shows that even high doses of cranberry capsules did nothing to reduce the incidence of UTIs.

For the cranberry I think they are wrong. I used to get UTIs frequently but since I started drinking plain cranberry mixed with pure pomegranate juice I haven’t had a single one. Also have shown decrease in plaque in my aorta.
