Magnesium
Marketed as a cure-all for numerous ailments, magnesium seems to be the super supplement we need. While magnesium is important, aiding in over 300 bodily functions, hardly anyone would benefit from taking it as a supplement, since magnesium deficiency is incredibly rare.

For the cranberry I think they are wrong. I used to get UTIs frequently but since I started drinking plain cranberry mixed with pure pomegranate juice I haven’t had a single one. Also have shown decrease in plaque in my aorta.
