Why Am I Feeling Tired All the Time? (5 Little-Known Reasons)

You’re eating way too many refined carbs

Indeed, carbs are actually energy booster; as soon as you eat them, your body manages to break them down into the white stuff in order to give you fuel. However, when you’re exaggerating with refined carbs, it can occur quite the opposite.

When processed carbs and sugar end up in your stomach, they actually cause a quick rise in your blood sugar. This means that your pancreas will most likely produce a big amount of insulin to get rid of the sugar found in your blood.

So, the spike in your blood sugar levels can make you feel extremely tired. Limit your carb intake or simply replace it with fiber-rich foods such as legumes and veggies.
