You’re not getting enough sleep

Even if this is probably the most obvious root cause of tiredness, most people always choose to ignore it. Do you know how many things your body does while you’re catching Zs? From releasing certain hormones that are responsible for regulating your metabolism to storing memory and adjusting your energy levels, your body is active in many ways while you’re resting.

However, it is unable to do all of them if you’re awake. Health officials recommend all adults at least seven hours of high-quality sleep per night.

Are you getting enough less or more? Because if you’re tired all the time, it’s time to change your sleep routine.

P.S.: When you can, take a nap too.
