You’re way too stressed

A deadly virus, financial concerns, medical issues, only the thought of someone getting infected because of you can bring about much stress in someone’s life. Stress can have negative consequences on our energy levels, so if you’re feeling tired lately, maybe a stress factor is the culprit.

Many studies suggest that meditation and yoga can help a lot with relieving stress, but, in some people, that’s not going to work. They may need antidepressants to cope with an unfortunate event, or something tragic.

If you think that stress is the reason why you’re tired, talk to a psychologist as soon as you can.
