I know this might hurt to hear, but frappuccinos are sugar bombs. They contain lots of empty calories, so you could end up drinking a 10-min frappuccino that has more calories than your lunch break. Frappucinos have around 10 grams of saturated fat, and it’s all whipped cream’s fault.

Plus, the added sugar in it helps boost the calories to 400. If you really want to drink one, choose the Starbucks Frappuccino, with blended ice, nonfat milk, coffee and buttery caramel syrup. It’s healthier, because it has only 100 calories, and it’s fat-free. Otherwise, stick to the basic stuff- coffee, tea, cappuccino.

  1. My husband worked for the railroad for many years and is now retired. He used to tell me of the rail cars loaded with plastic water bottles in them and, of course, they travel in the summer and get very hot while traveling. My point is that it doesn’t matter where you store your water, it’s already damaged; sorry!
