Vitamin C
Of course, everyone’s body needs vitamin C and taking it from time to time is a great thing. However, it’s not as revolutionary as the world thinks. Once touted as the cure for the common cold, flu and even HIV, decades of research into this common antioxidant have found virtually no massive health benefits. It can hardly cure a common cold, right?

For the cranberry I think they are wrong. I used to get UTIs frequently but since I started drinking plain cranberry mixed with pure pomegranate juice I haven’t had a single one. Also have shown decrease in plaque in my aorta.
