Vitamin A
This vitamin, which is good for your eyes, is naturally found in sweet potatoes, carrots and leafy greens. However, taking a larger amount of vitamin A can be quite dangerous. The body stores any excess of this vitamin in the liver and, over time, someone taking it daily can develop toxic levels, leading to bleeding in the lungs, bone pain, blurry vision, seizures and more.

For the cranberry I think they are wrong. I used to get UTIs frequently but since I started drinking plain cranberry mixed with pure pomegranate juice I haven’t had a single one. Also have shown decrease in plaque in my aorta.
