Also, light clothing is a better choice during summer, because it doesn’t attract and absorb the sun waves as black clothing would.

During the hottest part of the day, it is for the best to remain indoors. Whether you have an air conditioner or not, there are still other methods to cool yourself down. As long as you stay out of direct sunlight as much as possible, you’ll manage to cope with an episode of heat wave.
