Sweetened non-dairy milkÂ
Experts are suggesting to go for unsweetened plain or vanilla-flavored non-dairy milk because it contains fewer empty calories. Regular commercial almond milk, for example, has added salt and thickeners of questionable safety, like carrageenan. Truth to be told, you may not want your kids to be drinking too much almond milk.
There are some cases where reports are showing how little kids drink four cups a day and run into kidney stone problems. The reason for that was the fact that almond milk has a relatively high oxalate content, which averages five times more than soy milk. So, moderation is key.
There are zero reasons to drink this next beverage…..

My husband worked for the railroad for many years and is now retired. He used to tell me of the rail cars loaded with plastic water bottles in them and, of course, they travel in the summer and get very hot while traveling. My point is that it doesn’t matter where you store your water, it’s already damaged; sorry!
