Midnight Munching
I think you already know that eating at night makes you gain weight and add plenty of unnecessary calories. What many people don’t know is that this habit also disrupts insulin secretion, which is a key element to developing type 2 diabetes! As long as you’re eating healthy, consistent foods throughout the day, there is no physical need to eat anything more at night! If you do, however, get hungry, grab a carrot and you’ll be just fine.

I agree . I am type 1 diabetic on Metformen but I also control what I eat and drink. I do not use sugar I use Stevia which is all natural. I avoid sugar and things that contain sugar . Once in a while I will allow myself some sugar. I check my sugar daily and run between 110 and 120.
