10 Things You Should NEVER Share With ANYONE

Germs are found all over the world, in all kinds of places. They are in the air we breathe, on the food we eat, on the plants we take care of and on our beloved pets; in soil and water—and on just about every other surface. It’s impossible to keep your life 100 percent germ free, but you can reduce your risk of being exposed to germs.

Therefore, it’s quite simple: the more items we touch on a daily basis, the higher the risk we’ll also pick up viruses and bacteria, says Kristine Arthur, MD, an internist at MemorialCare Orange Coast Medical Center in Fountain Valley, California.

“It is nice to share, but not ideal to share germs,” she says. Although it’s sometimes quite inevitable to share germs, especially when you live with other people, it’s still possible to stay healthy and limit their spread as much as you can if you take some simple precautions, according to Dr. Arthur.

So, if you want to create a healthy germ free environment for you and your family, the best thing to do is to refuse them when they are asking you for something that belongs to you. Don’t share the items you’ll find in this article! Read on to discover them.
