Will vaccines be able to prevent coronavirus infection?
As scientists say, the shots that are now in usage may not be the same as the ones we’ll use in the future. Reportedly, there are some Covid vaccines under development that aim to stimulate a better immune response in the nasal tract, where the virus is likely to enter the body.
The belief is that if they can find a way to improve the immune defenses there, then the virus will be snuffed out before getting the chance to cause an infection, penetrate the lungs or even causing more severe damage. Like with any other thing that is Covid-related, we hope they’re gonna find the solution soon enough.
