7. Razors
You should not share your razor with someone else due to obvious sanitary reasons. Shaving in the shower using a razor is more common than you thought, since Dr. Arthur and Dr. Blank both say not to share these blades.
Even borrowing someone’s razor for a quick touch up could be extremely bad. Not only can sharing razors spread naughty bacteria, but it could also spread more severe blood-borne pathogens like hepatitis B and C, Dr. Arthur and Dr. Blank say.
Because shaving creates microscopic openings in the skin, it allows organisms to enter and ultimately spread infections. According to Gillette, you should be replacing your razor every 5-7 shaves. So, try not to use it for more than seven times.

GREAT article! I was quite happy to know that I knew what NOT to share. Mom was RIGHT!
Thank you so much for the keen and healthy advice. We often forget the obvious things that spread germs that contribute to negligent behavior. However, when you publish reminders like these ; they are well appreciated.
A lot of things I never knew……..Thanks for the tips.
How did we ever survive in the generations before us?
Don’t forget toothbrushes. I had a girlfriend 100 years ago that would share her toothbrush with me if I forgot one.
