You exercise too little – or too much!
You probably already know that a lack of exercise makes you look (and feel!) considerably older. But is there such a thing as exercising too much?!
John Higgins, M.D., explains that you need to give your body enough time between workouts to heal appropriately. If you refuse to take a rest day, you could trigger an inflammatory response that affects your immune system and impacts your sleep. Make sure to lower the intensity every once in a while too.
