Drinking Too Much Coffee
As you probably know, a cup of coffee offers many benefits, including endurance and antioxidants. However, what’s too much is never good for you! A new study published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings suggests men who drink more than 28 cups of coffee a week have a 56% higher risk of dying from any cause.
